In this meeting, we’ll continue our exploration into what are the properties of what makes a Principle a Principle. Once we glimpse into what the word Principle means in the context of the Three Principles, it will assist us in navigating what Mind, Thought, and Consciousness is, rather than what isn’t.
There's two Sydney Banks quotes that at first sounds contradictory:
"Are you saying the chair isn't real?"
"No, the chair is real. It comes to you via Thought."
"There's nothing outside that can help you.
There's nothing outside that can hurt you.
Because there is no outside."
Taking a look at the Formless and the Form will guide us to seeing why the "outside" couldn't possibly exist and yet the chair does!
Sydney Banks is such a profound teacher of the Three Principles after he uncovered these principles. In the PTI membership, we play a game called "Paradigm-ize This", where we attempt to understand their quotes from BOTH the Inside-Out Paradigm AND the Outside-in Paradigm. This brand new course does the same thing, but is dedicated to only the quotes attributed to Sydney Banks.
In this free meeting, we’ll take a look at how we can put the Three Principles together. it will soon become apparent that it cannot be done without including thinking and Free Will.
For many people, encountering Free Will with Principles is often not what we thought it was going to be. As we insightfully realise what it could be, we start seeing how much of a gift it is for our human experiences and we start to intuitively learn to use this gift in a way that is a meaningful contribution to our individual lives and in turn the whole of society.
The PTI Mentoring Circle will assist PTI Gold members who want to explore how they help others in their professional lives. We will discuss as a group some challenges we face and explore deeper together what working from heart and mind actually offers our clients. We will look more at putting the ‘principles down’ and coming to the conversation with where the client is at.
